In the unlikely event that your item arrives with any damage, such as rips, tears, or a broken mug, notify La Cat Connoisseur within 7 days of receiving your product.

Simply send an email along with a photo showcasing the issue. While refunds are not a standard practice, please know that your satisfaction is deeply important. In specific instances where a replacement is warranted,  a replacement at no extra charge to you will be done.
